Thorough Patient Training

Upon discharge from the hospital and when beginning home infusion therapy, patients receive care from our nurse clinician who is trained in critical care skills. Patients are provided with information to lessen concerns about home care.

Nurse Visits and Assessments

A Kaup Pharmacy registered nurse makes home visits, assesses the patient's progress, and reports to the prescribing physician.

Clinical Pharmacy Assessment

Expert pharmacy personnel perform evaluations and assessments of patient nutritional needs and pharmacokinetic dosing.
